Please email support@superbeings.gg to initiate a return request. You may also visit our support page to start a return request.

Within 14 days

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Any returned product(s) must be unopened, returned in all of their original packaging and in brand new condition.

Return shipping

If you decide to return any unopened product(s), you are responsible for purchasing a label from a shipping service and sending the products(s) back to us. We recommend using a shipping service which includes tracking. The return address will be provided in the return request email.

Defects

If you receive any defective product(s), please email support@superbeings.gg to initiate a support request. We will do our best to replace the product or issue a refund.

If you are experiencing any problems with your order(s), please reach out to support@superbeings.gg or visit our support page to start a conversation. 

Cancellations

If you've changed your mind, you're able to cancel the order if the order has not been processed. Reach out to support@superbeings.gg for more information. However, once an order has been processed, we're unable to make any changes.

Refunds

All returns will be inspected once received and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment with 7-10 business days. There may be additional processing time depending on your bank.
